About OpenNow

We're building the platform that helps agents sell more houses.

OpenNow is a real estate technology company built on a simple belief: every open house should produce visitor data, professional reports, and actionable leads.

The problem we saw

The open house industry runs on handshake deals and guesswork. Listing agents coordinate coverage through text messages and group chats. Hosting agents show up, meet buyers, collect business cards — and then those leads vanish into a drawer. Sellers get a "it went well" text instead of a real report.

No one tracks who shows up. No one reports what happened. No one knows if the hosting agent was reliable until it's too late. It's a zero-infrastructure market in an industry that runs on data everywhere else.

What we built

OpenNow instruments the entire open house experience — from posting to payment. Listing agents post opportunities and choose from agents with verified licenses and visible track records. Hosting agents apply, host events with iPad check-in, and get paid through the platform.

Every visitor is captured. Every event produces a report. Every agent builds a track record. The result is a platform that turns open houses from a time commitment into a business growth engine.

Built with depth

The engineering depth of enterprise software, built for real estate. OpenNow was deployed to three production environments by Kevin Sonney. This isn't a prototype — it's a production platform.
